Shipping Policy – Vibzy Fit

At Vibzy Fit, we follow a made-to-order model to ensure quality and reduce unnecessary waste. Each product is carefully prepared after your order is placed.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
  • ₹49 extra charge on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–4 business days (including quality checks)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Prepaid Orders: 6–7 business days
  • COD & Non-Metro Cities: 7–9 business days

Note: These are estimated timelines. We always try to deliver your order as early as possible.

 

Order Confirmation (COD Orders)

  • All COD orders may require confirmation via call or message
  • Orders not confirmed may be automatically cancelled

 

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

 

Important Guidelines

  • Please provide a complete and accurate address (House No., Street, Area, City, State, PIN code, Landmark)
  • Ensure your phone number is reachable
  • Make sure someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, reshipping charges will be applicable.

Unforeseen Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier or transportation issues
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations
  • High order volume or public holidays

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

 

Non-Delivery Scenarios

Your order may be marked as undelivered if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer is unreachable
  • COD payment not ready
  • Customer refuses to accept the order
  • Delivery location is closed or unavailable

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
