Returns & Exchange Policy – Vibzy Fit
At Vibzy Fit, we strive to deliver the best quality & customized products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
We do not provide any kind of return, We only provide exchange, if the product is damaged or defective. Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days. If you opt for refund it will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
- Size or fit issues
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
All sales are considered final in such cases.
However, in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we offer a free exchange.
Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged/Defective Products)
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect item received
Eligibility for Exchange
You are eligible for an exchange if:
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused and in original condition
- You provide proper proof (images & unboxing video)
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, email us at support.vibzyfit@gmail.com
with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the issue
- Unboxing video (mandatory, without cuts)
Important:
Requests without an unboxing video may be rejected without exception.
Exchange Process
- Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours
- Once approved, pickup will be scheduled within 2–4 business days
- Product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and unused condition
- After quality check, a replacement product will be shipped
Important Conditions
We will not accept exchange requests if:
- No unboxing video is provided
- Request is made after 48 hours
- Product has been used, washed, or altered
- Tags, packaging, or accessories are missing
- Damage is caused by the customer
- Minor color variation due to lighting/screens
Pickup Policy
- Pickup will be attempted up to 2 times only
- If pickup fails, the customer must self-ship the product
- Vibzy Fit is not responsible for failed pickups due to incorrect address or unavailability
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD orders may require order confirmation via call or message
- Vibzy Fit reserves the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation is not received
- Repeated fake or unaccepted COD orders may lead to:
- Blacklisting of the customer
- Restriction from placing future orders
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
- After this, cancellation is not possible as the order enters processing

Fraud Prevention & Misuse Policy
To protect our business from fraudulent activities:
- Vibzy Fit reserves the right to deny exchanges/refunds in case of suspicious claims
- Accounts showing unusual return/exchange patterns may be restricted
- Providing false or manipulated proof (edited images/videos) will lead to permanent ban
Limitation of Liability
Vibzy Fit shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

In rare situations where exchange is not feasible, Vibzy Fit may provide an alternative resolution such as store credit or refund, at its sole discretion.
